Service Description

Each property includes a basic deep clean and disinfecting, including one kitchen clean, one living room clean, one dining room clean (attached or separate). Cleans cover cupboards (inside and out), pantry clean, baseboards, spot wipes of dirty areas on walls, doors, and frames, closets (shelves and built-ins), sliding doors (inside), and vacuum tracks. Bathrooms include a sink, toilet, tub and/or shower, basic tile clean, cabinets, and counters. Exterior clean of fireplaces, electrical plates, fans, light fixtures (see limits), closet utility rooms. Appliances, blinds, and windows can be serviced if specified(see fee) . All floors throughout the property will be swept, mopped, and/ or vacuumed accordingly.
